HOW MUCH BARBECUE DO I NEED FOR MY NEXT CATERED EVENT?
When planning how much meat would be needed for your next barbecue event, we recommend following these basic rules of thumb. Ideally, count on about 1⁄3 pounds of cooked meat per person for the main course. This will vary depending on how much people eat or how many sides you’re serving, but it typically falls somewhere between 1⁄2 and 1⁄4 pounds per guest.
